About Us

Pathfinder Coaching is Paul Bailey and June Burgess. We came to coaching after careers in senior management in the healthcare industry in UK and Australia. We became coaches in order to show others how coaching can help them achieve their ambitions and improve their quality of life. Coaching helped us to realise the unfulfilled potential that can be disguised as wishes and dreams and gave us the support we needed to succeed.

Coaching has given us a whole new perspective on our goals and how we achieve them and has enabled us to change careers and countries relatively smoothly. Coaching gave us the chance to make it happen.

June is also the Regional Coordinator for the Eden Alternative in the UK and Ireland. The Eden Alternative is an innovative process of cultural change for aged care that aims to ensure a life worth living for all residents and other clients of aged care facilities.
